Background Removal Preferences *

By default we will remove the background from your image(s) and add a gradient background if necessary (this depends on the colors in the photo).

I understand and give permission for the background to be removed from my image(s) and a gradient background added if necessary.

Image Editing Agreement *

It is sometimes necessary for us to edit images to ensure a quality engraving result. This is usually limited to contrast, brightness, sharpness, and cropping.

I understand and give permission for my image(s) to be edited if necessary to achieve an optimal final result.

I do not want my image(s) to be modified in any way outside of my background preferences I made above. I understand my image(s) will be engraved exactly as is from the file(s) I upload with the exception of the background modification according to my preferences above.

Return and Refund Agreement *

Custom products cannot be refunded or returned unless damaged or defective.
